🐾💙 MEET TATUM — OUR 7-MONTH-OLD GERMAN SHEPHERD PUP WHO IS READY FOR HIS FOREVER HOME! 💙🐾

Say hello to Tatum! 😁 This handsome 7-month-old boy arrived with Missouri German Shepherd Rescue (MOGS) after being picked up as a stray and, sadly, never claimed by his owner.

Tatum is a sweet, submissive, goofy puppy who is still very much a puppy! That means he is ready to RUN, PLAY, WRESTLE, and, apparently, turn every water bowl into a personal splash zone. 😂💦

He’s been with us for about a week, and we’ve already learned that this boy has a heart of gold and plenty of potential — but he’s also got some very-young-pup manners to learn. He’s working on mouthing, jumping, and learning not to accidentally trip or bulldoze his humans. 🤣

Tatum will need a patient, committed adopter who understands that puppies don’t come fully programmed. He’ll need someone willing to teach him appropriate manners both inside the home and out in the world, while giving him the structure, consistency, exercise, socialization and guidance he needs to become the wonderful adult dog we know he can be. 🐕💙

Because of his enthusiasm and exuberance, a home with older children (pre-teen and up) is recommended.

🐶 Tatum is still being evaluated with other dogs, but his submissive nature makes us think he may really enjoy having a confident, appropriately matched canine companion to help show him the ropes — and perhaps teach him how to turn down that Tazmanian Devil setting every now and then. 👹🤣

🐱 He has NOT yet been tested with cats.
