This week our collaboration with the Justice Resource Institute (JRI) and Hyannis Public Library was a great showcase of community resources coming together to create a safe space for young people and their families to talk about connection and disconnection in our community through art making.

Making a physical map of Hyannis that will be hung up at the Hyannis Library for the community to add to. The participants put their heart into making it for the community and we hope it can spark more ongoing conversation.

The common theme —-> school is difficult, places to find connection on the Cape are hard, and young people just want a space where they can be who they are

We hope to continue this project again in different locations on the Cape!
