Second Summer Cycle is right around the corner on Sunday, September 13th! 🚴💙

For Team Cape Abilities rider Sharon, this ride is personal. Her sister, Meg, is part of Cape Abilities Day Programs, where she has found a place to truly thrive.

As Sharon prepares to ride in Second Summer Cycle, she has been working hard to raise funds for Team Cape Abilities while sharing her family’s connection to our mission and the difference Cape Abilities has made in Meg’s life.

We are incredibly grateful to Sharon for sharing their story and for putting her enthusiasm and dedication behind every mile. Stories like Sharon and Meg’s are a wonderful reminder of the opportunities, connections, and sense of belonging our community helps make possible every day.

A huge congratulations and thank you to our incredible Team Cape Abilities runners who completed the 54th Annual ASICS Falmouth Road Race yesterday! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💙

We are so grateful to each of our runners for successfully completing the 7-mile course while proudly representing Cape Abilities and fundraising over $34,000.

Thank you for your dedication, enthusiasm, and for making every mile count.

Falmouth Road Race weekend is here, and Team Cape Abilities is ready to run! 🏃‍♀️💙

This Sunday, mother-daughter duo Maureen and Ceara “Keeks” Bowman will take on the 7-mile course together as members of Team Cape Abilities!

Both Maureen and Keeks have run in support of Cape Abilities before, and we are so grateful to have them back again this year.

Thank you to the incredible students and staff from Cape Cod Lighthouse Charter School for spending your Community Service Day with Cape Abilities! 💙

Students rolled up their sleeves and tackled some big projects, including weeding, planting flowers, spreading mulch, and helping beautify one of our residential homes. Their hard work, positive attitudes, and willingness to give back help make a house feel like home.
