This month is an opportunity to honor the rich cultures, histories, contributions, and achievements of AANHPI communities.

We are also proud to highlight Alice Wong, a disability rights advocate whose work continues to inspire a more accessible and equitable world.

At Cape Abilities, we celebrate the diversity that strengthens our community each and every day.

This week, Cape Abilities Employee Engagement Manager Troy Smith had the privilege of meeting with students at Cape Cod Community College (4Cs) to discuss future career opportunities at Cape Abilities.

Our outreach into this stellar community speaks volumes to our terrific partnership with 4C's Career Services program. Through their semi-annual career fairs, agencies like Cape Abilities can tap into an incredible wealth of workers staying on the Cape or heading there to live and begin life- and community-changing careers!
