Cybersecurity is not only about technology. It is about people, trust, awareness, and access to opportunity. 🔐✨

At the July Cybersecurity Circle, SUPERGirl Madeline Ramirez drew from her experience to highlight the importance of creating spaces where young people can learn directly from professionals, hear real-world stories, and see themselves represented in the industry.

This is why Project-Based Internship (PBI) experiences matter. Through SGSF, young girls receive early exposure to professional environments, hands-on projects, mentorship, and career pathways they may not otherwise know are available to them.

When girls are introduced to these opportunities early, they do more than observe — they build confidence, strengthen their skills, expand their networks, and begin imagining themselves as future leaders in STEM.

That is the IMPACT of access. 💙
