Think of the mentor who never made you feel foolish for asking questions. Or the colleague whose idea quietly became the way your team works. Or the person who kept a local society alive for twenty years without asking for a thank-you.

Those people exist in every corner of our profession. Most of them will never be recognized unless someone speaks up. That someone is you.
