[Spots still Available] Join us for our Solar ACTION Summer Camp! Spend a week with Center for the Advancement of Sustainable Energy at JMU at Virginia Tech’s Potomac Yard Campus, building the tech that’s changing the world.

This camp aims to educate, engage, and empower Middle & High School Students in Virginia to become solar energy ambassadors, civic leaders, and innovators driving clean energy solutions in their communities.

Over the course of this immersive experience, students will:

✔ Learn directly from solar industry professionals
✔ Explore real-world clean energy challenges
✔ Gain hands-on experience in solar + community engagement
✔ Build meaningful connections in a growing industry

The clean energy workforce of tomorrow starts with the students of today. That's why we're launching the inaugural REpowering Careers Fellowship, a career development program connecting the next generation of renewable energy leaders with the companies building our future. Powered by REpowering Schools and supported by Google.

🎓 For Students:
Get hands-on workshops, mentorship from industry professionals, access to the RE+ Conference, the WRISE Career Fair, and a direct path into a renewable energy career. Applications are open now, only 12 spots available (filling up)!

We’re excited to officially launch REpowering Careers, a new initiative helping connect today’s learners with tomorrow’s clean energy workforce. ⚡🌎

Powered by REpowering Schools and supported by Google, the REpowering Careers Fellowship is our new program connecting motivated students and recent graduates with the renewable energy industry through mentorship, career workshops, networking events, and real-world immersive experiences.

Here's what Fellows can expect:

✅ Weekly skills workshops (resume, interviewing, networking)
✅ Field trips + exclusive access to the RE+ Conference & Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE) Career Fair
✅ One-on-one mentorship from renewable energy professionals
✅ A community of peers and industry leaders invested in your future

We're also looking for renewable energy employers and industry partners who want to grow their talent pipeline and invest in the next generation of clean energy leaders.
