What an awesome event last night for the Kingsway Prison and Family Outreach Benefit Concert/Birthday Celebration!
We were super blessed with the music and worship graciously provided to the ministry by The Roby Family (Allen, Missy, Stephanie, and Tiffany), and by the group of very talented former members of the worship team for Leesburg UMC and for Loudoun Valley Emmaus (Chris Shelton, Marni Frazee, J. Scott Nicholls, Brad Skillman, Paul Augsburger, Steve Mutter, and Donna Fincher). This group that Chris put together told me they hadn't played together in a year or so ("Life's about changin', nothin' ever stays the same"), but it was as if they had never stopped for a second. I was strongly reminded of how much I enjoyed running sound for them all those years ago and of how much I miss them as time marches on.
I cannot thank them all enough for what they did in service to this ministry, and most importantly, to the glory of our amazing God!
❤️❤️❤️💜💜💜
