THE FRIDAY FUNCTION
In celebration of Halloween and in response to our followers' requests, we are excited to announce a special edition of The Friday Function. We have planned a unique event featuring two movie screenings at one location—one selection for adults and one for children.
TWO MOVIES - ONE LOCATION ‼️👇
Ava Health
✔️ EVIL DEAD RISE ➡️
A reunion between two estranged sisters gets cut short by the rise of flesh-possessing demons, thrusting them into a primal battle for survival as they face the most nightmarish version of family imaginable.
✔️ MONSTER HOUSE ➡️
Three pre-teens—DJ Walters, Chowder, and Jenny—discover that the dilapidated house belonging to their grumpy neighbor, Horace Nebbercracker, is actually a living, sentient, and predatory monster.

HELP US CREATE A SOBER, SAFE FALL CELEBRATION! 🎃
Sunshine Community and Better Days Co. are coming together to host a fun, sober-safe fall event at Sunshine Community — a place for people in recovery, families, friends, and community members to connect, laugh, create, and enjoy the season together.
We need a little help from our community!
🎃 We are looking for donations of:
- Pumpkins — lots of pumpkins!
- Pumpkin carving kits & tools
- Paint, paintbrushes & markers
- Art & craft supplies
- Fall/Halloween decorations
- Candy & snacks
- Non-alcoholic drinks
- Gift cards or monetary donations to help purchase supplies
Recovery deserves celebration.
People need places to have fun, build friendships, make memories, and belong — without drugs or alcohol being part of the experience.
Every pumpkin, paintbrush, bag of candy, and donation helps us create that space.
Want to donate? Send us a message!
