Homeowners in Mesa, Garfield, Rio Blanco, Delta, Montrose, and San Miguel counties may be eligible for low-interest loans to help fund critical home repairs, accessibility improvements, and energy-efficiency upgrades.

We are incredibly excited to announce that we have received additional funding for our Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program, which provides low-interest home improvement loans to eligible homeowners across Western Colorado. Thanks to this investment, we are able to serve more communities and help more families preserve and improve their homes.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis while funding remains available, so don't wait to apply!
