Know someone who hasn't registered to vote yet? Now's the time to remind them. Registration for the November general election is still open, but the window is closing fast, and once it's gone, it's gone until the next election.

It takes about two minutes to check your status or register for the first time. Do it yourself, then send this to a friend, a family member, or a neighbor who might need the nudge. Every vote depends on someone taking that first small step.

Do they respect the process, even when the process doesn't go their way? Do they tell the truth when it's inconvenient, or only when it's easy? Do they put the Constitution above their team, or their team above the Constitution?

These aren't partisan questions. They're the baseline for whether someone deserves your vote, no matter what letter is next to their name. Worth sitting with before you fill out your ballot this fall.
