At Teen Parent Connection, every participant engaged in Home Visiting is paired with one highly trained home visitor who schedules consistent visits with the family. During these visits, the home visitor gets to know the individual needs, desires, and goals of each family.

Home visitors guide parents through:

🍎Appropriate nutrition for infants and children
👩🏽‍🍼Parent/child bonding
🏡Assistance for housing, food, and schooling

During this gloomy weather, we'd rather look back to our sunny outing to the The Morton Arboretum!🌱☀
