Harmony Inspires - Honoring our Legacy: Our founders; Peggy Rigby, Joanne Willett, and Joan Stockwell Chapman sparked a shared vision that inspired nearly 150 women to come together and build something new. Grounded in democratic principles, this organization was created to ensure every woman has a voice and a place, welcoming all regardless of race, creed or color.
