The Board of Education and Superintendent McHugh will bring the community together to discuss the book "The Digital Delusion" by educator and neuroscientist Dr. Jared Cooney Horvath at the Committee of the Whole meeting on Monday, October 5, 6:30 p.m. at Hadley Junior High, 240 Hawthorne Blvd. in Glen Ellyn. All are welcome!

Each week, Drama Club focuses on a different element of performing---improv, choreography, singing, stage combat, tech & set design, makeup & costumes, character development, etc. Everyone who wants to participate is welcome at any time, no auditions required. (Our Hadley March Musical auditions will be in December) The week of Labor Day, we will meet on Tuesday 9/8, but after that DRAMA CLUB WILL MEET EVERY MONDAY IN THE AUDITORIUM 3:40p--4:45p Kids will always be dismissed in time to catch the late bus if needed.

Students may bring a snack and water bottle to drama if they wish. Please remind your children that cell phone use is prohibited during Drama Club (just like in classes) unless permission is granted for a special circumstance. Children may never film or photograph other children in Drama Club without their permission. Thank you for your help with this!

Drama Club will finish in October with students selecting acts to perform for our Cabaret Night Performance on Friday, October 23rd at 7pm!
*Our March Musical for Hadley (March 5--7) will be announced at Cabaret Night!

One last Dine Out for the year! Get a break from cooking on our busy last week of school. Grab lunch or dinner downtown Glen Ellyn at A&G Subs or Made in Italy. Why not both! Go for the subs, stay for the fresh pasta! Mention Hadley and 20% of the proceeds will go back to Hadley PTA. See you Tuesday, June 2!

Volunteers still needed!

The DuPage County Dental Van, “The Smile Squad”, is coming to Hadley Junior High on May 20, 2026 to offer free dental exams to students in need.

We have a good number of students signed up for it this year, which is great news! We could really use some adults to assist students to the van and back into the building. Please sign up for a shift below:
