Spring cleaning? Our big two-day book sale a few weeks ago has left us with some bare sections! If you’re pulling books off of your crowded home shelves, we’d love it if you’d send them our way- we particularly need newer popular fiction, cookbooks, and children’s books! Your donation can be dropped at the library lobby desk anytime the building is open 📚

Stop by our 2 Day Used Book Sale this weekend! Purchase quality, gently-used books, puzzles, and media. On Sunday, most items are just $10 a bag.
Saturday March 14: 9am-2pm
Sunday March 15: 1-4pm
Located in the Glen Ellyn Public Library basement.

Gently Used Cookbooks Needed! Cookbooks sell VERY well in the lobby Book Nook and at our bi-monthly basement sales, but our supply is currently very low. If you’re ready to pass any of yours on (to make room for more 😆) we’d LOVE to have them! Donations can be brought to the service desk in the GE Library lobby anytime the building is open. (FYI our used book sales help fund
our mission of promoting local community literacy through materials and programming)

Happy New Year! Are you looking for a new home for your gently used books/games?
Please consider donating to the Friends! We especially need gently used children's books, adult fiction, jigsaw puzzles, and cookbooks. Donations can be dropped off at the library service desk during opening hours. We do not accept dated nonfiction, magazines, encyclopedias, or damaged, musty items. Thanks!
