⛵️ House Vacation ‘26 is in the books! Life was quiet on Lawnview Drive as L’Arche housemates headed up to Deep Creek Lake for a week of relaxation, sailing, go-karts, and s’mores. While some preferred hiking to tubing, everyone agreed the time together was the real highlight.

Everyone came away with great memories - and a sincere desire to install a hot tub in the backyard at L’Arche 😂

🎶🪩🎸There’s nothing that says “Frederick summer” better than the Summer Concert Series at the Baker Park bandshell. Meet up with L’Arche pals this Sunday night and let’s enjoy the sounds of Making Waves together!

This week, L’Arche will help sell 50/50 raffle tickets and host a table with upcoming events & community info. Stop by for stickers, swag & hello’s!

We’ll meet at the info table and find a place to sit together. Remember, the concert is FREE with food for purchase. A donation of a can of food is appreciated. Feel free to bring blankets & chairs to sit on. We’ll meet after 6:30 and the concert starts at 7.

Chilly or not, we’re taking advantage of the spring weather together!

🚙 Will, Kelly and Trevor took in the sites of Harrisonburg on a relaxing vacation. (Check out Will doing one of his favorite things - being out in nature - in a peaceful labyrinth at the arboretum).

⛰️Will, Grace and Nana also lived it up on a trip to the Poconos!

🎉 Caraline, Paola and Megan took a roadtrip to party with L’Arche GWDC at their Heart of L’Arche Event.

🐓 Ever the animal lovers, Caraline and Erin spent a morning on the farm with new four-legged pals!

You chose this month’s theme: Cupcake Wars!! 🧁
This Friday night, we’ll “battle it out” with a friendly decorating competition.

As usual, we’ll start with an activity to connect and get to know one another. Then, the games begin with different rounds of individual and group decorating. Bring your creativity and zest for sprinkles!

L’Arche provides the cupcakes and all the supplies - you decorate to your heart’s content.

The best part? You get to eat your sweet creations at the end of the night!
