Miss Frederick Scholarship Program A local preliminary to the Miss Maryland/Miss America Organizations, the Miss Frederick Scholarship Program is sponsored by the Fredericktowne Sertoma Club

The Miss Frederick program is coordinated and operated by a Board of Directors consisting of volunteers comprised of Sertoma members as well as other individuals who have an interest in the program. We are very proud of the fact that each year, several former Miss Frederick titleholders and program participants return to volunteer their time and talents to not only the program itself but also to s

erve as mentors to the new group of contestants. The Board of Directors is led by Executive Director Sandy Waterman and is governed by the membership of the Fredericktowne Sertoma Club.
