Calling all Improved Order of Redmen’s Chippewa Tribe 19 and Natomia Council No. 38 members' kids and grandkids!

Calling all Kids! The Great Council of Maryland Improved Order of Red Men is excited to announce the annual Highway Safety Poster Contest and can't wait to see your masterpieces.

Who can participate?
The contest is open to all children, ages 5-16. Participants will be grouped into four age groups, with 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th place winners chosen from each category.

What is it?
Children are asked to use their creativity and talent to illustrate the importance of safety precautions in any aspect our everyday lives. (seat belts, speed limits, drugs & alcohol, etc.)

RULES
1. Deadline - Please have all entries returned to the lodge by Tuesday, April 21st.
2. Entries must be submitted on 11x17 poster board with full name, address, and age on the back of the poster. Judging will take place at the Great Council of Maryland Convention. (YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT)

We want to thank everyone that purchased tickets, purchaed items and sold tickets to help support our fundraising efforts to supply the Frederick County Public School District with essential hygiene and school supplies. We dropped off all the items this afternoon to the main FCPS office so they could distribute the supplies to the schools in the district as needed. Thank you so much to our members and our fellow club in Williamsport for all your support.

Calling all our lady members: we will be having nominations for board members starting in November. We really need some of you to step up and come to meetings and hold a position. It's only twice a month for about 4 hours of your time. We travel to visitations and the convention in April. Please consider helping us out and helping your club by participating. Remember our motto is Freedom Friendship and Charity!

Halloween and Christmas will be here before we know it! The children's party's are scheduled for October 25th 230-430pm and December 20th 230-430pm. We will have sign up sheets posted soon. You must be a member in good standing to sign up your children and grandchildren. We also need help setting up, decorating, and facilitating the parties. Please see one of the ladies board members if you're interested or attend one of our meetings on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday's of the month at 630pm. Thank you!

Hi ladies! It's that time of year. 2025 dues expire on September 30th and you can pay up until October 31st. You can pay your dues at the bar and your new card will be available for pick up 2 weeks after paying. Thank you for your support!
