(HBM) delivers nutritionally balanced meals to individuals who, because of age, illness or disability, cannot provide adequate meals for themselves. This single service allows individuals to remain independent & in their own homes longer. It also offers a short-term health-care recovery solution. In all cases, clients appreciate the short visit from one of our volunteer drivers. Family members hav

e the security of knowing their loved ones will be checked on once a day during the week. Our meals are prepared by local medical facilities under the supervision of registered dietitians. Because of this we can accommodate medical dietary restrictions. We deliver hot meals during the noon hour, Monday through Friday. Because our drivers are volunteers, the costs are very minimal.

TODAY is United Way of Allen County's Day of Caring!

Since Friday's are our BUSIEST day of the week, we can't participate in a traditional sense...BUT

We got creative, and staff was able to organize 100s of t-shirts a week ago for the BIG EVENT TODAY!

❤️ Delivering More Than a Meal ❤️

At Homebound Meals, every delivery 🚘️ is about more than food—it’s about helping our neighbors remain NOURISHED, INDEPENDENT, and CONNECTED.

Many of our clients are in their 80s, 90s and even 100s. In fact, we currently deliver meals to 4 clients in their 90s and 2 remarkable clients who are over 100 years old! 🎉

For these older adults, a nutritious meal 🍽️ delivered to their door can make all the difference. Every meal delivered is a reminder that our seniors 🧓 are valued, remembered, and cared for.

💙 Because growing older should never mean going hungry or feeling alone.

"Jane loves our drivers. She feels they are all kind, compassionate and very observant. They truly care about our clients. Jane usually comes to the door with a walker, but one day she did not need it and the driver noticed. They were just as excited that she didn't need the walker. That really touched her 🩵 . "
