United Way of Allen County is proud to partner with Cummins Inc to provide backpacks for Electric Works Ready. Set. School event, helping students start the new school year equipped for success.

Join the celebration on Sunday, August 9, from 12:00–4:00 p.m. at Electric Works for an afternoon of fun, community resources, and back-to-school excitement!

Together, we're helping ensure local students have the tools they need to begin the school year with confidence.

This summer, 69 future kindergartners took an important step toward a successful school year through Kindergarten Countdown!

In partnership with East Allen County Schools and Fort Wayne Community Schools, students built confidence, strengthened essential skills, and prepared for their first day of kindergarten.
