Whether you’re worried about an eviction notice, struggling to communicate with your landlord, or unsure what your options are, we’re here to help you understand your rights and next steps.

Walk-ins are welcome, and all services are completely free.

At VLPNEI, our Guardianship Program helps ensure that vulnerable adults have someone they can trust to make important decisions on their behalf.

Guardianship is a legal process that allows a responsible adult — called a guardian — to act in the best interests of someone who cannot safely make decisions for themselves due to age, illness, or disability.

Our team guides eligible clients through each step of the process, from gathering documents and filing petitions to connecting with volunteer attorneys who can represent them in court.

Every guardianship case is an opportunity to bring safety, stability, and compassion into someone’s life. 💙
