🏆 We made a championship belt for confidence.

Yes, really.

After attending our Character Academy Leadership Conference with Special Olympics Minnesota, students from nine Unified Champion Schools spent months completing Confidence Challenges and putting their leadership skills into action.

The prize? The first-ever Character Academy Championship Belt.

Congratulations to Roseau School District #682 High School for taking home the title! 🎉 (Pictured Below)

We're so grateful for this partnership and the incredible students who continue to show what confidence, courage, and teamwork look like every day.

Last Friday was one of our favorite traditions of the year: Our end of school-year staff party!

We spent the afternoon grilling, handing out well deserved awards, catching up, and recognizing the people who make this work possible. 🍔🏆

This year alone, our team served 65,334+ students across the country. That's a lot of early mornings, miles traveled, retreats facilitated, relationships built, and lives impacted.

A lot happens in a year, and it's worth taking time to celebrate the team behind it.

Strong kids don’t happen by accident.

Today, parents gathered for Parent Academy with Youth Frontiers Founder and CEO Joe Cavanaugh to talk about what it looks like to raise kids who are strong, responsible and know they are precious, not perfect.

Through honest conversation, practical tools and shared experiences, parents left encouraged and equipped to continue building character at home every day.

We’re grateful for every parent who took time out of their schedule to invest in the next generation with us. 💙

Congrats to the Class of 2026 🎓

More than grades, accomplishments, or what comes next, we hope you carry strong character into every room you enter.

The world needs leaders who choose kindness, courage, integrity, and compassion. We hope those values continue to shape every life you touch.

What happens when leaders from across the Twin Cities gather around a shared commitment to character-driven leadership? Powerful conversations, meaningful connection and momentum for a stronger future.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2026 YF Leadership Luncheon. We were honored to hear from University of St. Thomas President Robert Vischer as he shared thoughtful insight on leading with character, building a culture of encounter and shaping communities where people feel seen, known and valued.

Events like YFLL are a reminder that leadership is about more than titles. It’s about how we show up for others.

Your support helps Youth Frontiers continue reaching more than 60,000 students, educators, parents and community members each year with programs that inspire character, civility and leadership.

We’re grateful you’re part of this work. 💙

In partnership with Deluxe, Youth Frontiers is proud to present the 2026 Chuck Denny Legacy Character Award and a $5,000 scholarship to Tessa Marton from Eagan High School.

Chosen from a competitive pool of student leaders from across Minnesota, this honor recognizes a former retreat participant whose character has profoundly impacted their school community.

Tessa's YF journey has come full circle—from participating in YF's Kindness and Respect Retreats, to her role as a leader.

As one of the most impactful students to ever walk Eagan's halls, Tessa is celebrated for her intentional effort to ensure every student feels valued.

This fall, Tessa will carry her commitment to character-driven leadership to the University of Michigan to study molecular biology.
