We empower people of all-abilities to reach their full potential by providing individualized services that maximize independence, boosts community engagement and improves physical and emotional well-being. Our services i

nclude Adaptive Recreation & Inclusion, Case Management, In-Home Supports, Housing Stabilization Services, Employment Supports, Mental Health Services and Counseling. While we work with people who live throughout Minnesota, the majority live in the 7-metro county area surrounding Minneapolis.

We're excited to share a unique fundraising opportunity with our community through Proudly, a company that creates custom pet products and gives back to nonprofits.
Proudly was founded by Matthew Schauer and his wife, inspired by their love of rescued pets and their experiences raising their son, who is on the autism spectrum. They created the company to help mission-driven organizations raise funds in a meaningful and sustainable way, and Reach for Resources was selected as their first nonprofit partner outside of the animal rescue world.

Aly brings extensive experience supporting people with developmental disabilities and is passionate about helping individuals of all abilities build fulfilling lives. She creates a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to grow and work toward their goals.

Her areas of interest include disability, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ identities, brain injury, life transitions, and youth development.
