Monument Chapter volunteered at VEAP this year for the annual DAR Day of Service.

Monument Chapter, NSDAR, conducted a wreath laying ceremony and marker dedication at the grave of the first chapter regent, Bella Wyman. A reception followed. The chapter celebrates their 125th anniversary officially in December.

Happy Constitution Week! For nearly 70 years, the DAR has proudly led the way in championing September 17-23 as Constitution Week. The goals are as meaningful today as ever: to inspire citizens to cherish and protect the Constitution, to celebrate it as the foundation of our freedoms, and to encourage learning about the events that shaped its creation.

🫶 A Heartwarming Collaboration for a Great Cause 🫶
The Fall 2024 national SAR magazine featured Monument Chapter Regent, Mary McNamara with her two sons and SAR (Sons of the American Revolution) members, as they volunteered at the Minneapolis VA Hospital Food Pantry. 🍞🍎 Together, they packed and wheeled food to veterans' vehicles and thanked them for their service. It was a powerful reminder that community and service are at the heart of everything we do. 🇺🇸❤️
