Calling all incoming kindergartners!

Join us on Monday, June 15th at 4:30 at Wooddale Park for our first popsicle playdate of the summer!

You can meet other incoming kindergartners and their families while enjoying some sunshine and a popsicle from the PTO.

Tomorrow is FIELD DAY 5/21 at Kuhlman Field, woohooo!!! 🎉

Remember to send your child to school dressed for the weather as they will be outside for 2 hours! Students should wear:

- comfortable clothes
- athletic shoes (no flip flops)
- their classroom assigned t-shirt color (see picture).
- bring a labeled water bottle with their name & wear spf

Schedule:

Grades K-2 will participate in Field Day from 8:15-10:15am
Grades 3-5 will participate in Field Day from 10:25am-12:10pm

A picnic lunch will be served to celebrate the day and lunch times will be adjusted slightly to accommodate the morning field day activities.

We still have a few volunteer slots available (see link). A HUGE thank you to the parents who are helping to run the stations, we couldn't do it without you!

Regardless if you can volunteer, we'd love to have you come to watch field day with your child(ren)! All family members invited! Stay for part of it, or all of it.

Easiest ways to enter Kuhlman Field:
- Gold Lot (by Normandale School & turf), enter by stadium seats (west side of lot)
- Path from Concord upper lot, walk to the northwest corner of lot, and follow path to Kuhlman Field

Sign up for the Summer Reading Celebration! (link below)

Your child will get two reading calendars (June/July and July/Aug). Encourage your child to read and log minutes. Bring the sheet to the celebrations and get a free book!

35 degree temps didn't stop our Concord Wildcats from biking, walking & rolling to school today!!! 🚲 🚶🏾🛴🚶🏻‍♀️💚

It's officially Staff Appreciation week!! The PTO is showering our teachers, faculty & staff with lots of love this week!!! This is all thanks to our incredible parent community who contributes to the PTO fund - thank you!! ❤️

Mon: Crumble Cookies for each staff/faculty/teacher ..and each class gets a pack of Oreos to share, so the kids don't feel left out 😉 🍪

Tue: Cinco de Mayo celebrations with catering from El Camino in the faculty lounge 🌮🪅

Wed: Each person gets a new Concord t-shirt with with our new school logo! Plus, the lounge will be filled with yummy grab & go snacks 👕🍫

Thurs: BBQ food truck for their lunch 🍽

Fri: Faculty lounge will be stocked with fun drinks: sparkly waters, energy drinks, coffee, etc!!! ☕✨
