We’re so close to meeting our fundraising goal and beginning the updates! Join us in making a vibrant children’s section for our community.

P.S. don’t let our toys sit in boxes while the space is closed in November! Swing by the downtown library, help your kiddos pick out toys for an extended stay, take pictures of their adventures and send them to the Foundation. We’ll have a special welcome party for the toys when the space reopens 🥳

The Duluth Library Foundation is fundraising $50,000 to reimagine the children's section of the downtown branch.

Were you a library kid? 📚

Maybe the library was where you discovered a favorite book, explored a new interest, found a safe place to belong, or began a lifelong love of learning. Stories like this remind us just how meaningful libraries can be in a child’s life—and why it’s so important to create those same opportunities for the next generation.
