After spending the summer organizing the Golf Classic and the Clay Shoot, ABA Night Out is back!

Cole and his crew at Miller Creek Lawn and Landscape will be hosting our first ABA Night Out of the season. Check out the details below, and be sure to register at the following link. We'll see you there!

Important Permitting Update for Duluth Builders & Mechanical Contractors

Starting January 1, 2027, the City of Duluth Construction Services & Inspections Division will require ACCA Manual J mechanical equipment sizing calculations submitted with all new 1- and 2-family dwelling mechanical permit applications.
To help local builders and mechanical contractors prepare for this change, CSI has partnered with the Minnesota Energy Code Support Program to offer free Manual J & S training sessions.

Location: Duluth City Hall, Room 330
Dates:
• Tuesday, October 6 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Wednesday, October 7 | 9:00 AM – 11:45 AM
What will be covered:
• The purpose of Manual J, S, & D
• What information is expected when submitting for permits
• Where to find required software and calculation providers

Sessions run 2 to 2.5 hours with Q&A time at the end, and refreshments will be provided.
