Bigger Bays, Better Days: The RV Clinic Preps for Its Next Adventure

The RV Clinic LLC, led by longtime RV technician and owner Josh Miron, offers a full suite of services to keep recreational vehicles safe, comfortable, and road‑ready. From HVAC and plumbing repairs to paint and body work, hail damage, awning replacement, vintage RV rehab, and routine maintenance, the team is equipped to handle nearly any need. The business is both RVDA and RVIA certified—credentials that reflect adherence to national safety standards and deep industry expertise.

Customers can trust that whether they need a simple oil change or a major repair, The RV Clinic is committed to getting them back to making memories on the road. Josh brings decades of experience to the business, having started his career in 2003 with Nichols RV in Tulsa, OK.

In 2014, he launched The RV Clinic in Franklin, where he and his wife Jessica have grown a loyal customer base. With strong demand and limited space at the previously leased location—which had only one overhead door—Josh was ready to expand. The new Springboro property at 220 Tahlequah Trail features six overhead doors, including four oversized 14‑foot entrances, allowing far greater efficiency in moving RVs through the service bays.

To support this growth, 220 Ta Trail LLC sought financing to purchase and improve the 1.31‑acre site and 5,760‑square‑foot facility. The project included a real estate purchase and upgrades such as painting and resurfacing the parking lot. Funding combined a first mortgage from Elaine Kaser Allison of Farmers & Merchants Bank (Ohio), a second mortgage from Community Capital Development Corporation, and equity from Josh and Jessica Miron.

Rock Solid Growth: Columbus Granite Builds Its Future

In 2017, what started as a small countertop business with big dreams began to take shape. After taking over the company in 2018, partners Mehmet Topcu and Yunus Sahinkaya rolled up their sleeves and transformed Columbus Granite () into one of Central Ohio’s go-to providers for premium granite and quartz countertops. With a commitment to quality, an unbeatable selection, and a customer-first approach, they quickly carved out a reputation as industry leaders.

As the business grew, so did the vision. Columbus Granite needed more space—lots more. Their current location was bursting at the seams, limiting fabrication efficiency and showroom capacity. The solution? A brand-new facility in Lewis Center, strategically positioned closer to their primary client base and with room to double their stone selection from 200 to 400 colors. This move wasn’t just about square footage; it was about setting the stage for continued growth and success.

Community Capital Development Corporation was proud to help finance this milestone with a creative lending solution: a 50% first mortgage from Glen Gallebo of Farmers National Bank of Canfield () (formerly known as the Middlefield Banking Company), a 40% SBA-backed second mortgage, and a 10% equity contribution from the owners. From land acquisition to ground-up construction, we helped Columbus Granite turn their vision into reality. Because when local businesses grow, our communities shine—sometimes literally, thanks to all that polished granite!

Blueprint for Success: Retirement Blueprints Charts a New Course

After 14 years in the corporate world, Greg Large realized something was missing—the personal connection with clients. In 2016, he took a leap and launched Retirement Blueprints, LLC with a clear mission: help families and small business owners create financial pathways to pursue their goals. Starting with $20 million in assets under advisement and about 200 clients, Greg, along with the addition of Wealth Advisor Aaron Reed and Client Relationship Manager Nancy Wood, quickly grew the business through hard work, smart marketing, and a commitment to building relationships.

By 2018, Greg expanded his reach by purchasing a client portfolio from his former brokerage firm, a bold move that paid off. Today, Retirement Blueprints services over $100 million in brokerage and advisory assets through LPL Financial as of July 2, 2026 and serves over 460 clients and offers comprehensive retirement, estate, and investment planning.

Greg’s approach combines expertise with education—hosting seminars and classes to empower clients with knowledge. But until now, those events required renting off-site venues, adding cost and complexity.

That’s why we partnered with Greg to finance his next big step: moving into a former PNC Bank branch that offers more space, greater visibility, and the ability to host on-site seminars. With a 50% first mortgage from Robert Eggleton of The State Bank and Trust Company (), an SBA 504 loan covering 40%, and Greg’s equity, this new location will help Retirement Blueprints () continue to grow and serve the community. Because when local businesses invest in their future, everyone benefits—and that’s a plan worth celebrating.

Styer Real Estate Professionals () is a growing boutique brokerage in Columbus, led by founder Jon Styer, a real estate investor-turned-broker who decided that helping others build wealth through real estate was more rewarding than doing it alone. After years of investing prior to earning his license in 2018, Jon built a loyal client base, earned his broker's license, and has grown the firm into a team of more than 15 agents.

Styer Real Estate Professionals works with everyone from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors. Jon also founded Styer Hospitality Co., a property management company with more than 120 furnished rental doors across central Ohio. Both companies call the new North High Street office home. The team focuses less on transaction volume and more on relationships, making the process as smooth (and dare we say enjoyable?) as possible.

To alleviate the growing pains, Jon purchased a 2,696-square-foot building at 3474 North High Street that is fully occupied by Styer Real Estate Professionals and Styer Hospitality Co. The purchase was financed through a first mortgage from Fahey Bank ( ), an SBA 504 Loan from Community Capital Development Corporation (CCDC), and owner equity - proof that sometimes, in real estate, you really do practice what you preach.

"We help clients use real estate to build wealth every day. The SBA 504 program, combined with a 1031 exchange, lets us do the same thing for ourselves. CCDC and Fahey Bank made it straightforward. Owning our space was the right move for our growing team and long-term vision of the business." - Jon Styer, Styer Real Estate Professionals
