Marching Band - See you in the morning!

Teacher Convocation Itinerary
Monday August 17th, 2026

8:15am- Report to band room, warmup and brief rehearsal
9:00am- Performance begins (either in the HS Gym or
Auditeria)
9:30am (approx.)- Performance ends, free breakfast
provided by the school
10:00am (approx.)- Students dismissed until rehearsal at
6:00pm

Required Materials:
- 2026 Show Shirt
- Black athletic shorts (plain- no bright colors)
- Black ankle socks
- Tennis shoes

Hartford Fair Ice Cream Booth Volunteers
Booth is located near gate D1 on the North side of the fairgrounds, across from Grubb Arena and the horse complex
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early and remember to wear a hat.
Workers are responsible for their own entry into fair.
Each shift needs 2 adults to work cash box as students aren't allowed to deal with money.
