Today was a beautiful day to wrap up six months of Music & Picnic on the Lawn with the Licking County Community Center for 60+ Adults! ☀️🎶🥪

With support from a Granville Community Foundation grant, LCCC brought local seniors together throughout the spring and summer to share lunch, enjoy live music, and—most importantly—spend time in community with one another.

Today’s final gathering featured the Denison University American Roots Music Ensemble and plenty of sunshine to close out the series.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support programs like this that create connection, foster friendships, and make our community a little stronger—one lunch, one song, and one gathering at a time. 🩵

GCF was happy to provide enhancements to Bryn Du Mansion’s Eddie Wolfe gallery so the community can see more work by our neighbors and guest artists visiting our community. We are looking forward to the new exhibitions that will be showcased right here in Granville soon!

The Granville Community Foundation is proud to support Granville Meals on Wheels by covering the cost of meals for neighbors who are unable to pay — helping ensure that everyone who needs a meal can receive one.

Now, Meals on Wheels needs volunteer cooks! If you’d like to help prepare meals for local neighbors, call 740-587-0022 or comment below and we’ll connect you.

This is what a community grant is meant to do! 🩵🤝

GCF funded specialized training for Village Creative Dance instructors to meaningfully include dancers with disabilities and sensory needs. Now they’re taking that training into the community — including this FREE Dance for All class!

An investment that keeps giving back. We love to see it!

Join Village Creative Dance for their Dance for All Dance Class for ages 5+ This class will allow participants to experience the joy of movement in a welcoming and inclusive dance class designed for individuals with disabilities and diverse support needs. Join our friends at Granville Ohio Historical Society, Robbins Hunter Museum and St. Luke's Episcopal Church this Saturday for the Ohio History Connection Open Doors event! You’ll see lots of history that helps shape Granville into the special place it is today. 🩵

This coming Saturday we are partnering with the Robbins Hunter Museum and St. Luke's Church for the Ohio History Connection's biannual Ohio Open Doors program! Each site will be open for special hours with unique experiences all within walking distance in downtown Granville!

The Granville Historical Society will be open from 10am-4pm providing regular guided and self-guided tours of the museum as well as featuring a Revolutionary War drum newly on extended loan from the Anoka Historical Society in Anoka, Minnesota.
