expand transportation access. 🚲 Getting around town has never been easier (or healthier) in Mount Vernon, New York. That’s all thanks to the Mount Vernon Public Library, which just launched its Bike Borrow Program. With a library card, patrons can borrow the bicycles at no cost, encouraging healthy living, recreation, sustainable transportation, and greater access to the community. The initiative expands the library’s mission of providing free access to resources that enrich lives and strengthen the community.
