I am so proud of our Multisports team! 💙

This year we have even more kids participating, and I love seeing their courage, determination, and enthusiasm to keep learning and growing. A huge shoutout to all the parents who support and encourage them, even when challenges come up—and who help load bikes too! 🚴‍♂️🙌

Este año tenemos más niños participando y me encanta ver su valentía, esfuerzo y ganas de seguir aprendiendo y creciendo. Una enorme p***a para los papás y mamás que los apoyan, los impulsan a seguir adelante aun cuando se presentan inconvenientes, ¡y que hasta me ayudan a subir bicicletas! 🚴‍♂️🙌

At ViVe, we believe staying active is more enjoyable when we do it together. That's why we're excited to invite you to join our 2026 Summer Physical Activity & Wellness Season, running from June 22 through August 15.

💃 Dance, 🧘 relax, 🚴 build strength, 🥊 boost your energy, and learn healthy habits through our FREE classes for ages 15 and older.

🌊🏊‍♂️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♂️ The 9-week Multisports training season officially kicked off yesterday!

Our kids took on an exciting challenge by swimming in open water for the very first time while continuing to build their skills in the other two triathlon disciplines. These young athletes are the future, and we are incredibly proud to be part of their journey and training.

Full speed ahead to the race in Boulder! 💪🔥

Nuestros niños dieron un gran paso al nadar por primera vez en aguas abiertas y seguir desarrollando sus habilidades en los otros dos deportes del triatlón. Son nuestros futuros atletas y estamos increíblemente orgullosos de ser parte de su crecimiento, esfuerzo y preparación.

🏊🚴🏃 Join ViVe's Multisport Team This Summer!

Ages 8 and up — adults are welcome too!

📅 June 10 – August 9

🌊 Wednesdays | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Training at Chatfield Reservoir. Meet at ViVe at 9:00 AM. Transportation is included.

Please bring:
• Swimsuit and towel
• Bike and helmet
• Running or walking shoes
• Water bottle and snacks

🏃 Fridays | 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Swim and run training at Manual High School.
Participants must attend Wednesday practices to participate in Friday training sessions.

🏅 We will finish the season with a competition in Boulder alongside athletes from across Colorado!

✨ Build confidence, discipline, healthy habits, and prepare for your first triathlon in a fun and supportive environment.

Edades de 8 años en adelante — ¡Adultos también son bienvenidos!

Prepárate para un verano lleno de natación, ciclismo, carrera, trabajo en equipo y diversión mientras entrenas para tu primer triatlón en un ambiente seguro, positivo y acogedor.

📅 Fechas del programa:�10 de junio – 9 de agosto
📍 Horario semanal:
🌊 Miércoles | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM�Nos reunimos a las 9:00 AM en ViVe para salir con transporte hacia Chatfield Reservoir.

Por favor traer todo el equipo:�• Traje de baño y toalla�• Bicicleta y casco�• Tenis para correr o caminar�• Botella de agua y snacks
🚐 ¡Transporte incluido!

🏃 Viernes | 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM�Entrenamiento de natación y carrera en Manual High School.
