Thank you for a great 2025! The President annual report and projection will be posted in the coming days on our site, under news. This past year we have out over $18,000 of scholarship value and we could not be more proud. We are eternally grateful to our donors, sponsors, mentors, volunteers, and mentees- for believing in this organization. Project Aviator was started almost 4 years ago with the intent to make a difference in a possibly a few peoples lives, but it has become much larger than that, it has started to become a recognized industry name. As we grow we pledge to keep to our roots and make them grow even deeper. We look forward as well to our third annual pickleball tournament at The Broadmoor Hotel, where it will be bigger than ever, moth multiple musical performances and top of the line food and atmosphere. Here is to a great 2026.

THANK YOU! Project Aviator raised $630.06 this Giving Tuesday! As we say frequently, without our generous donors, Project Aviator would not be able to make as large of an impact on our mentees and the aviation community! We are teed up to have the biggest year ever in 2026! We couldn’t be more appreciative of the community being apart of Project Aviator.

WINTER SCHOLARSHIP $500 OPEN
The last scholarship of the 2025 calendar year is open until December 17th! The application can be found in our instagram bio or on our website.

This scholarship will mark the close of the 2025 season, where we gave out scholarships every month (18 in total), totaling $18,600! We can’t wait to review the applications

Project Aviator is a 501c3 non profit charity that gives back to the up and coming pilots in the aviation industry. Project Aviator, thanks to their donors, is able to provide mentorship and scholarship opportunities. Over the past 3 years the charity has given out over $22,500 in scholarships. The organization also has hundreds of mentees that get guidance from our almost 100 volunteer mentors.

We say it, and mean it: our donors and sponsors are the reason we can do what we do. We recognize and thank you for trusting Project Aviator with your hard earned money. It is a guarantee that no member of Project Aviator receives any pay or compensation, and all donations go directly to our cause. We look forward to ending 2025 with a big fundraising bang this Giving Tuesday!

Volunteering at the Denver Public School’s career fair was a great experience! Seeing the kids faces light up about aviation was inspiring. Educating students that beyond being a pilot there are many great jobs in the aviation industry that they can dive and research into. We thank our Partner for having Project Aviator back again this year, and we look forward to next years career fair.

Project Aviator’s heart is heavy today after hearing about the tragic UPS plane crash in Louisville. We extend our deepest sympathies and prayers to the families and loved ones of the crew members and others who lost their lives or were injured in this devastating incident. We are thinking of the entire UPS community during this incredibly difficult time. May the souls lost find eternal peace.

Project Aviator recommends not making assumptions to what happened and recommends waiting until the official report comes out, in respect for the professional pilots who lost their lives today and their mourning families.
