Because it was World Alzheimer's Month, we'd like to introduce Frances Holliday, our RN Clinical Manager and Case Manager at DIHFS.
Frances earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Beth-El College of Nursing in 1993 and has more than 30 years of nursing experience. She has worked at Denver Health, in home health, wound care, hyperbaric medicine, and long-term care. She has spent many years helping people with dementia and supporting their families.
At DIHFS, Frances helps lead our Healthy Aging Grant. She is passionate about helping people understand that dementia is not a normal part of aging. She believes that what is good for your heart is also good for your brain. Through education and support, she helps people learn how to protect their memory and brain health. Her goal is to bring more awareness to memory care, help people age in a healthy way, and reduce the impact of dementia in our community.
Outside of work, Frances enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and riding her motorcycle. She loves serving the DIHFS community and bringing education, support, and hope to those she serves.
