Thrive For Change As a nonprofit organization, our mission is to promote health, hope, and healing for those at risk of overdose and their loved ones.

Our vision is that every person will have equal opportunities to live a life free from trauma and disease. Our Values:

Starting today our team and volunteers will be distribution naloxone throughout the city!

Overdoses are preventable and this weekend, Cleveland is stepping up! From August 27–31, we will be out distributing free naloxone and providing overdose response training in honor of International Overdose Awareness Day.

Swipe to see more details on each event and keep an eye out for Thrive for Change’s wagons of Narcan throughout the city. The goal is to distribute over 1,000 doses of naloxone and train 500 Cleveland’s how to save lives!

Thrive for Change, is a local nonprofit working to address the overdose crisis through harm reduction outreach, life-saving Narcan distribution, overdose response training, community education, and connections to care, engaging thousands of local residents each year. In 2025, efforts helped prevent over 100 local overdose deaths.
