Looking for a unique apartment in the heart of Gordon Square?

Templin Bradley Historic Lofts combines historic character with modern amenities in one of Cleveland's most vibrant neighborhoods. With exposed brick, soaring ceilings, large industrial windows, and easy access to restaurants, theaters, and Lake Erie, these lofts offer a distinctive place to call home.

While one of the things Northwest Neighborhoods is best known for is our role as a provider and advocate of affordable housing, a small number of market-rate apartments within our portfolio help support that work.

Today, Northwest Neighborhoods owns and manages more than 350 apartments, the vast majority of which are affordable housing. By choosing a market-rate apartment at Templin Bradley, you're not only finding a great place to live, but you’re also helping support our broader community mission to provide safe and quality affordable housing while creating a place where anyone can thrive.

The Karam Senior Living portion of the Karam/Walz project is now 25% complete! This morning, Northwest Neighborhoods Executive Director Bridget Kent Márquez joined project partners for a tour of the construction site to mark this important milestone and celebrate the progress being made. Once complete, Karam Senior Living will provide 51 affordable apartments for seniors, helping residents remain connected to the community they call home. Integrated with the new Walz Branch of the Cleveland Public Library, the development will bring together affordable housing, lifelong learning, and community connection in one transformative project.

Reaching 25% completion is a testament to the dedication of the many partners, funders, and supporters who have helped move this vision forward. The progress visible on site today reflects years of planning, collaboration, and investment in the future of our community.

While there is still work ahead, each stage of construction brings us closer to welcoming residents and creating a lasting resource for Cleveland's older adults.

Northwest Neighborhoods CDC (NWN), owner of the historic Capitol Theatre in Gordon Square, has partnered with Arthouse Management LLC to lead the theatre’s operations beginning July 31. Arthouse Management is an independent cinema management company based in Atlanta. The company manages two of the city’s most prominent historic arthouse cinemas: Plaza Atlanta (est. 1939) and Tara Atlanta (est. 1968). The leadership team brings decades of combined experience in independent cinema operations, arthouse programming, and community-centered film exhibition. First opened more than a century ago and restored in 2009, the Capitol Theatre remains Cleveland’s oldest operating cinema, and the only movie theatre serving the city’s West Side. Since the reopening in 2009, NWN partnered with Cleveland Cinemas to operate the theatre. NWN extends its sincere appreciation for Cleveland Cinemas’ longstanding stewardship and contributions to the Capitol and its audiences.
