Parma Lapidary Club A place to learn about rocks, jewelry, wire wrapping, faceting, and silversmithing. It also allows us to teach those skills to many newcomers to the hobby.

The PARMA LAPIDARY CLUB a nonprofit 501(c) organization, is one of the few gem and mineral clubs to have its very own workshop, where our members have the use of many types of equipment to practice and perfect their lapidary skills. Visitors Are Always Welcome
We Are A Family Friendly Club

WHAT DO WE DO? Individually, some of us collect mineral or fossil specimens, others cut cabochons, facet gem

stones, do metal work and make jewelry and other decorative objects. Many of us like field prospecting and being just plain rockhounds ... and a few of us do all those things. The purpose of our club is to stimulate interest in the lapidary and metalworking arts and in geology, mineralogy, paleontology, and other related earth sciences. It is also to promote understanding and appreciation of those arts and sciences; and to provide opportunities for learning and development of skills in those fields both for our own members and for the general public. All ages are welcome. We have interesting events and special programs for junior members as well as our seasoned members. Come to a Meeting! Club meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. the first Thursday of every month except July at our club room & workshop at 12690 Elmwood Ave, Cleveland, OH 44111

Also this weekend is the big show!!! Join us at the Rock A Rama tomorrow and Sunday for our Gem, Mineral and Fossil show. Over 40 exhibitors including geological, faceting and lapidary demos, crystals, gems, jewelry.

Saturday May 16, 2026 10 am - 6 pm

Sunday May 17, 2026 10 am - 5 pm

Soccer Sportsplex, 31515 Lorain Rd. North Olmsted, Ohio

Admission is $6 for adults (valid for both days), children under 12 and Scouts in uniform are free.
Veterans and Active Military are FREE on Sunday.
