🚨This week, we're in a court for a multi-day hearing in our class action lawsuit against ICE, Customs and Border Patrol, and the Department of Homeland Security.

In March, we filed the suit against these government organizations for their unlawful policy and practice of conducting warrantless arrests without probable cause.

We are urging the court to grant a preliminary injunction, ordering federal immigration agents to halt their dangerous actions and blatant disregard of federal law.

Federal immigration agents have repeatedly violated federal law and their own rules in Ohio, according to a lawsuit filed in federal court last week, including by arresting people without warrants, arresting citizens, and mocking and mistreating detainees.

The Ohio Constitution exists to protect people’s liberties and freedoms, not to enable political gamesmanship.

We the people should be able to exercise our sacred right to vote, free from aggressive government overreach and roadblocks. These resolutions are a transparent ploy to manipulate the democratic system and impact the governor’s race.

Ohio Republican lawmakers are trying to get a constitutional amendment on the ballot that requires voters to show photo identification at the ballot in order to vote.
