😸 We are looking for "kitten" volunteers (age 9-15) to run the 25cent table.
🪙parent/guardian must be present with "kitten(s)" the entire time.
🪙all items are 25cents. This gives kittens an opportunity to communicate with adults, add up the customers items, bag them up and staple the bill/amount on the bag to be taken inside to the register.
🪙The kitten would be helping community cats, the community as a whole, and learning some cool skills!
There may even be a treat or two for their help.
🪙 openings available Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10am-5pm. Min of 4 hours is required but if you are having fun, you can stay longer.
🪙Once the Kitten(s) reach 20hrs (doesn't matter how long it takes), they will get a free volunteer shirt!
🪙parent(s)/guardians are responsible for monitoring their kitten's work area. We will set up the table and if needed canopy and help carry items outside infront of the shop. Kitten(s) and guardian will arrange items, and needed items (all provided by CLAWS).
Kids are an important part of our community. Let's empower them, teach life skills, and a sense of pride knowing they are making a difference.
