The Charleston Zeta Tau Alpha Alumnae Group was founded shortly after the installation of the Eta Lambda chapter at the College of Charleston on April 8, 1972. 🌿 Join your sisters for an evening stroll around Hampton Park followed by a picnic at the gazebo! Bring a chair or blanket, your favorite picnic dish, and a beverage to share. We’ll provide plates, cups, and utensils. 🧺✨

Please note: Park parking lots close at 6:00 PM and vehicle traffic is restricted until 8:00 PM. Street parking is available along Cleveland St., Rutledge Ave., and nearby streets around the park.

Our chapter had such a fun day of celebrating “Sun, Sand, and Sisterhood” at SC Zeta Day 2026 in Hilton Head. Two of our members, Amy Guess and Donna Watson received their 50-year White Violet pins, and member Sarah Voges received her 25-year pin. Charleston Member of the Year award was given to Kerry Missel, and Officer of the Year award went to Jennifer Mendelsohn. Advisor of the Year for Province VI-D was awarded to Rachel Wyatt, and Julie Moxley was honored with the Distinguished Alumna Award for 15+ years of service. Congratulations, ladies!!🎉 Our chapter went on to receive the ZTA Foundation Annual Major Donor button, Excellence in Membership Retention, Tiers of Excellence Membership Achievement at the Gold Level (for 50+ members), Excellence in Programming, Excellence in Operations, and finally, we were awarded the highest honor for an alumnae chapter, the SC State Silver Platter!! We cannot thank our members enough for your love and dedication to both our fraternity and our chapter! I will update with the photographer’s pics once they are posted.👑🩵
