Becoming a parent changes everything, including your relationship. In this honest, supportive workshop, couples therapist Amy Martin, LPC) (Amy Martin Counseling) will walk us through what’s actually happening in partnerships after baby arrives: the parallel transitions, the invisible weight, the distance that can grow even between two people who love each other deeply.
Together, we’ll name the most common friction points and leave with real tools for staying connected through the hard season.

Clare Parks will be on hand with an herbal tea bar featuring blends chosen to support the nervous system and the heart. You’ll blend your own take-home cup as part of the workshop experience.
