๐ An internship can connect you to much more than one workplace.
This June and July, 32 JA interns from 12 locations around the world joined JA Interns Connect, building relationships with peers around the world while learning from JA leaders and one another.
For Mercy Namatovu, an intern with JA Uganda, those connections revealed something important: โAlthough we may work in different environments, we share similar opportunities, challenges, and aspirations.โ
๐ป Through five virtual sessions, interns exchanged ideas, broadened their perspectives, and began building professional networks that can continue long after their internships end.
