“What happens when we have a space to dream together?”

Through interactive art installations and social engagement, Accelerator artist crystal bi asks participants to imagine new ways of being.

This summer, Bostonians will be able to reconcile with the past, present, and future as they explore bi’s Accelerator-supported project opening in August.

This summer, artist Sabrina Dorsainvil is livening up Winter Street with Feel + Flow, a ground mural honoring the smaller moments that make Boston, well, Boston.

Inspired by day-to-day humanity, Dorsainvil takes symbols from throughout the city and invites onlookers to find their own connection to them.

“I hope it’s a joyful gesture at a place of human connection,” Dorsainvil said. “I hope it helps people feel like they’re being held in that space, even for a moment while they’re passing through.”

Feel + Flow was commissioned by Boston Public Art Triennial in partnership with the City of Boston Planning Department and Downtown Boston Alliance.

What happens when we enter spaces of art? Lan Tuazon builds “test sites” through her installations that invite people to reimagine new ways of living together. You can find her third test site, Matters of Consequence, at UMass Boston.

Throughout a year-long exhibition, the campus community has the opportunity to host funded events that encourage collective action, community care and sustainability.

To learn more about Tuazon and Matters of Consequence, visit our website (link in bio) or check out the work in person!
