One Percent for America One Percent for America (OPA) is a member-based online platform that empowers every American, current and future, to establish a life in the U.S. and thrive.

OPA offers free financial education, a 1% loan for citizenship application fees, and community support, so future Americans can begin their citizenship journey today. Our mission is to unite people across the United States to invest in a resilient, inclusive country.
