Join our team at Children's Services of Roxbury as a Family-Based Intensive Treatment (FIT) Family Partner.

In this role, you'll use your lived experience as a parent or caregiver to support families navigating emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Working alongside our behavioral health team, you'll help caregivers access resources, strengthen advocacy skills, and build the confidence needed to support their children and families.

He is passionate about helping individuals and families build a foundation for long-term stability and success, and values the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through his work each day.
