A framework that works in a bustling tech hub won't look the same as one designed for an agricultural community, a manufacturing sector, or an emerging green economy. Every local labor market has its own unique demands, barriers, and employment opportunities.

And that is why our approach relies entirely on the expertise of our local partners. They do not just implement a global standard; they adapt it using their deep knowledge of regional economies, cultural nuances, and community needs.

How do we power the future of logistics? 📦

By connecting the classroom directly to the evolving needs of industry.

Recently in Mexico City, 54 teachers from Colegio Nacional de Educación Profesional Técnica—one of Mexico’s leading public technical high schools—stepped up their skills to bring real-world supply chain challenges straight to their students. Through hands-on learning, they explored everything from everyday decision-making to how single processes impact the entire logistics network.

This hands-on training is part of JĂłvenes con Entrega, an IYF initiative powered by FedEx. Together, we're bridging the gap between technical education and workforce demands, giving students the tools to innovate and thrive in a critical sector.

When education and industry share knowledge, the talent that keeps our regions moving grows stronger.

Conectando las aulas directamente con las necesidades de la industria.

Recientemente en la Ciudad de México, 54 docentes de Colegio Nacional de Educación Profesional Técnica, una de las instituciones públicas de educación técnica media superior más importantes de México, fortalecieron sus habilidades para llevar retos logísticos del mundo real a sus alumnos. A través de experiencias prácticas de aprendizaje, exploraron desde la toma de decisiones cotidiana hasta cómo los procesos Individuales que impactan en toda la cadena de suministro.

Esta capacitación práctica forma parte de Jóvenes con Entrega, una iniciativa de IYF con el apoyo de FedEx. Juntos, estamos acortando la brecha entre la ducación técnica y las demandas del mercado laboral, dotando a los jóvenes de las herramientas necesarias para innovar y prosperar en un sector clave.

Did you know 41% of US teens have already changed the jobs they want to pursue because of AI?

IYF intern Lorenzo dives into the latest 4-H survey of over 1,000 teens to break down what young people actually think about AI and the workforce. The biggest catch? Even though youth know AI is transforming the future, only 48% feel prepared to use it in their careers.

At IYF, we’re stepping up to close that gap. By offering programs that teach real, practical AI skills, we’re making sure young people have the hands-on experience they need to navigate the future of work with confidence.

For too long, programs have been designed *for* young people instead of *with* them. But the magic happens when we step back, hand over the mic, and let younger generations lead the way for themselves.

That's why at IYF, we center youth voices by giving young people direct opportunities to help design, shape, and lead the programs themselves. Because nobody knows the roadmap better than the ones walking it.
