Capturing all the moments. That's what these two do.

While everyone else is focused on creating the best week of camp, these incredible photographers are making sure the memories last long after the week is over. They spend their days racing from activity to activity and group to group, taking and editing hundreds of photos every single day.

Those photos become scrapbooks, but they're so much more than that.

They're reminders of a week spent together. A nervous smile before climbing the wall. A laugh shared while flipping outbof the tube. A hug between siblings. A moment of pride. A moment of joy. A moment of belonging.

Years from now, our siblings will look back at these photos and remember not just what they did at camp, but how they felt when they were together.

Thank you for helping preserve the memories that matter most.

Let's talk about the amazing people who helped make Carnival Night possible!

Our siblings raced for glory through the obstacle course, cooled off with snow cones, tested their aim at the dunk tank, enjoyed cotton candy, and made memories around every corner - thanks to Sandcastle Entertainment.

Aroma Joe's Augusta and a selfless volunteer delivery person, kept everyone refreshed with flavored lemonade.

BC Love Creations wowed our campers with incredible face painting designs.

One of our board members and our generous Amazon donors made spin art possible, with the donation of a spin art machine and the supplies.

Camp Wigwam treated everyone to delicious fried dough and helped run games on the plaza.

Our resident balloon artist (who also happens to be an overnight counselor) kept the balloon hats and animals coming all night long.

Even with a last-minute camp location change, this incredible community of vendors, donors, and supporters stepped up to help create a night full of laughter, fun, and memories for our siblings.

Sunday Smiles

We're still smiling from all the smiles that camp brought to our counselors this year.

The hugs. The laughter. The camp songs. The inside jokes. The happy tears. The moments that reminded us why we do this.

Watching siblings reconnect and make memories together is something special. The week may be over, but the smiles—and the memories—are here to stay.

This group!!!

These selfless humans spent 9 days away from their families, jobs, and everyday responsibilities to walk alongside our siblings 24 hours a day.

They brought the silly. They sang camp songs. They gave hugs when the moment was hard. They put band-aids on scrapes. They sat down for a card game when a camper needed a break. They raced through the carnival obstacle course, cheered from below the climbing wall, and laughed right alongside campers when they got launched off a tube on the lake.

They showed up for every big moment and every little one.

Because each one of these amazing people said "yes," 58 campers were able to spend 6 unforgettable days making memories, building connections, and simply being together with their siblings, where they belong!

Thank you doesn't feel big enough, but it's a start. We are endlessly grateful for every counselor and staff member who made this week possible. Camp doesn't happen without you!

A week at camp can't always be measured in numbers... but we'll try...

●Three visits from the Tooth Fairy.
●Four actual birthday celebrations (plus our all camp birthday party).
●Twenty-four sets of siblings reunited.

But the things that matter most can't be counted.

The hugs after months apart. The inside jokes. The campfire songs. The late-night conversations. The laughter echoing across camp. The memories made together.

Those moments are priceless, and they're what Camp to Belong Maine is all about.

One week ago today, our host camp, Camp Wigwam, said goodbye to their campers in the morning, worked their magic flipping camp, and by that afternoon helped us welcome 58 excited siblings ready for a week of reunions, laughter, and memory-making.

From the moment we made the call and arrived, we were met with open arms, endless support, and a shared commitment to making it the best week of the year for our siblings, counselors, volunteers, and staff.

We are incredibly grateful to the Camp Wigwam team for partnering with us and helping create a place where siblings could simply be together. THANK YOU!

How fitting that today is National Nonprofit Day.

Yesterday, Camp to Belong Maine 2026 came to an end. Today, planning for Camp to Belong Maine 2027 begins already.

These 9 amazing people—and many more—spend all 12 months of the year fundraising, recruiting volunteers, gathering supplies, coordinating logistics, and doing whatever it takes to create one "outstanding" (iykyk) week for Maine's separated siblings.

We're incredibly proud of what we accomplished this year.
Now let's dream bigger.
Let's build it even bigger for 2027.
