Your voice matters-and right now, it's needed more than ever.

Please attend LD 1932's public hearing and share your story! We are calling on Direct Care and Support Professionals across the state to share their personal stories in support of LD 1932 "An Act to Support Essential Workers and Enhance Workforce Development" sponsored by Speaker of the House Ryan Fecteau.

This legislation is an important step toward increasing wages and strengthening our workforce. You provide essential care and support every day; Lawmakers need to hear directly from the workers about the realities of your work, the challenges you face, and why fair wages matter.
