📣 We’re hiring an Operations Manager!

♻️Live Thrive is seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily operations at both CHaRM locations.

🚩Applicants must have experience handling household hazardous waste.

This role will manage staff, schedules, training, material pickups, off-site pop-up events and facility operations while maintaining our commitment to safety, service and sustainability.

Candidates must have:
• Operations management and supervisory experience
• A current CDL or experience driving a 26-foot box truck
• A current forklift license

📅 Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, with flexible Fridays based on special events
💼 Compensation: Based on experience

📚🍎 Calling all Atlanta-area public schools! Applications are now open for Live Thrive’s 2026-27 STE(A)M Certification Grant Program.

Our grants help schools fund:
♻️ Project-based learning supplies
👩‍🏫 Teacher professional development
💚 Additional staffing, as needed

By supporting STE(A)M education, we’re helping students develop the skills to become tomorrow’s innovators and environmental leaders.

Students got a behind-the-scenes look at how materials are sorted, where they go next and how small choices can help divert materials from Atlanta’s landfills and waterways.
