Seeds, tools, and community! 🌱💙🔨
sustainability recently hosted a seed-starting workshop, bringing community members together to learn practical skills and get growing.

We’re always excited to see our blue tools helping organizations create opportunities to learn, connect, and build a more sustainable community. Having access to the right tools can make all the difference.

Ariel, Programs Specialist at Black Sustainability, Inc., shared: “Atlanta ToolBank allows us to stretch our impact further and run successful programming without tool access being a barrier. They are true champions for local organizations!”

We love helping organizations turn their ideas into action and making sure a lack of tools doesn’t stand in the way. 💙

Keep an eye out for more blue tools doing good around Atlanta!

Blue tools at work!🔨

Last week, Habitat for Humanity NW Metro stopped by our warehouse and loaded up their truck with Atlanta ToolBank blue tools for a neighborhood cleanup.

With w**d eaters, pressure washers, garden tools, and even chainsaws in hand, their team got to work sprucing up the neighborhood and reconnecting with Habitat homeowners who have called these homes theirs since they were built by Habitat for Humanity NW Metro in 2007–08.

We love seeing our tools out in the community, helping organizations create cleaner, stronger, and more connected neighborhoods.💙

Is your organization doing good work in your community? Reach out to us to see how ToolBank’s blue tools can help!

And of course… can you spot the blue tools in these photos?

Our blue tools are making an impact all across Atlanta! 💙🔨

All year long, Atlanta ToolBank sends tools out into the community to help nonprofits and community organizations bring their projects to life. This time, our tools helped Living Walls, the City Speaks bring numerous mural projects to life across the city.

“ATL ToolBank is such an important resource for Atlantans doing work in the community, especially muralists. To pay artists a living wage and also be able to provide tools is huge for us.” - Tatiana Bell, Creative Director, Living Walls, The City Speaks

From generators and ladders to roller handles, poles, buckets, and coolers, our tools helped Living Walls save thousands of dollars while supporting artists and creating beautiful, powerful work throughout Atlanta.

We love seeing where our blue tools end up and the impact they help make possible. 💙

Have you spotted our blue tools around the city lately? Keep an eye out! We’ll be sharing more projects from our member agencies and the incredible work they’re doing across Atlanta.

📣 We're thrilled to welcome Caroline Ledlie as the new Executive Director of Atlanta ToolBank!

A proud Atlanta native and Agnes Scott College graduate, Caroline brings years of experience in nonprofit leadership, national service, and community impact. From her work with AmeriCorps, Youth Villages–Inner Harbour Campus, and the CDC Foundation, she has dedicated her career to strengthening communities through service.

What makes this moment especially meaningful is that Caroline is already part of the ToolBank family. She has partnered with us as a member agency, volunteered alongside our team, served on our Tool Training Center Advisory Council, and was recognized as our 2017 ToolBanker of the Year. She knows firsthand the power of tools, partnerships, and people coming together to make our city stronger.

As we continue building capacity for nonprofits, schools, and community organizations across metro Atlanta, we're excited for what's ahead under Caroline's leadership.

Please join us in giving Caroline a warm Atlanta ToolBank welcome! 💙🔨
